  1. Hello! I think the format says "Exceptions can be made"! So I might have a chance. And thank you for the comment.
  2. Minecraft In-Game Name: CustomWeb Previous In-Game Names: https://namemc.com/profile/CustomWeb.5 Discord Name and Tag (Ex: Pndq#2240): CHICKO#6470 Age: 13, But turning 14 In a few months Time zone: GMT +3 Do you have access to a working microphone? (yes/no): Yes Do you have the ability to record hackers?: Yes What languages do you speak (fluently)?: Greek and English General Details: Why did you decide to apply for staff on PlexPvP?: I have been playing on the server for a very long time, I know how stuff works, which I'll be able to guide new people on how to play PlexPvP. When I was a staff member before on PlexPvP I had a very good relationship with a lot of staff members who are still are moderating the server, which means I can talk to the staff team easier and finish things quicker! I'm very experienced with hackers, I think that I have the knowledge of being a perfect fit for being a staff member in PlexPvP.I would be able to punish Rule breakers accordingly and fast.I also think I have a very good vision for screensharing, I use screensharing appropriately. I know when to screenshare with other staff for important functions. Screensharing is very important as a staff member and I will use it for good purposes. Being a staff member on plex had always been my passion and I wish to fulfill it, and I mean it! Why should we accept you over other applicants?: I think I'm above average than an ordinary staff member, I'm not trying to be cocky but I think I have more experience with screensharing and catching hackers in general, Previously I was not active but now I can stay up to 3 to 7 hours a day! I had worked previously with the staff team so I can have a better connection with them. I have worked on a lot of big servers, like KingMC, Varent, etc. What are your strengths and weaknesses? I don't know how to act/do after a DDoS attack, but the thing I only know is that We calm the players down and answer their question! My strengths are that I can catch rule-breakers efficiently, and I'm pretty entertaining What moderation experience do you have? Explain what you learned from these experiences: I had been staff on a server called KingMC, It had around 2k members on discord and around 200 when released. I realized how bigger servers worked, I became more efficient with rule-breakers and the type of cheats they use. Varent: it had around 1.5k Members on discord and 150 when released, It gave me a basic understanding of how I should talk to players better. It boosted up my maturity and I was proud of myself for it. Have you ever been punished on Plex or any other Minecraft servers? If so, why were you punished and how did you learn from it?: I have been banned on a lot of servers 3-4 years ago. not on plex. I used to hack a lot, but not anymore. I almost used every hacked client possible/I could find. I almost know all sorts of hacks in different clients. What are some hobbies, activities or achievements you have outside of Minecraft?: I mainly play volleyball. It's a really fun game to play with your friends, you have to interact well and find out your opponent's tactics! I also like to go fishing. Situational Questions: If the server is being botted, what would you do?: I would tell the admins/mods to ban them, if I have permission I would have perm banned anyone who acts as a bot, but if a person I banned isn't a bot they can appeal it in the discord. When was a time you got into a disagreement with somebody? If you came to an agreement, how did you get there? If you didn't, why didn't you?: If it would have been a moderator with a server related argument we would tell a higher rank to answer, if it was a player I would have discussed the situation slowly. after all, we have our own opinions on some stuff. Tell us about a mistake you made in the past. What did you learn from this mistake and how did you deal with it?: I made multiple mistakes 4-5 years ago, when I was not experienced on how being staff works, I made mistakes such as screen sharing after getting banned (Which you shouldn't) in the past. and false banning a lot of people. I learned from the mistakes after I got more experienced. If a staff members account was hacked, what would you do?: I would straight up ban it, even if it's still not 100% confirmed. the server's security is first. Anything else you would like to tell us?: I know I had multiple chances, but now, I will be stronger than ever and not give up!
