So i changed the zombie villager settings in paper and the server is no longer starting, its saying this: all i did was change a setting to "false" io.netty.channel.abstractChannel$Annotateconncectexveption:finishconnect(..)failed: connection refused:/ 240.4.102:25575 help me my friends are really mad.
