I have tried inputting forge 14.23.5.2860 into the forgeminecraft folder and deleting forge 2854 from the folder but, forge 2854 keeps being reinstalled in the folder and forge 14.23.5.2860 is not being used.

Is there any way to update forge in spongeforge? Or any way to use an updated version of spongeforge not provided by minehut? I want to make a RLcraft 2.9 server but, I think forge 14.23.5.2860 is required but the provided spongeforge uses forge 2854. Could I change it in the config files perhaps?
