when i try to press the activate server button on my dashboard, it does nothing. plz help

when i do //set on a selection it shows nothing i can't walk through the selection when i select a different block it shows up help

i have permissions-ex on my server i try to run /pex help "Sorry, you don't have enough permissions" i am the owner of the server this might be about the plugin being "unsupported", as the bukkit website says (i actually don't fully know what "unsupported" means) also the ip is 0vermining.minehut.gg UPDATE: so i just found out that i don't have permissions to use ANY perm-ex commands UPDATE 2: hm. looks like minehut's proxies are rebooting. i don't know what that means and i don't know if it relates to this problem

well the bukkit site for permissions-ex said that it is "currently unsupported" idk what that means
