I played on the server for 2 days and then got blacklisted, when I contacted support they said I was a bot and they blacklisted me. I use a VPN to protect my private information and since I guess a bot used the same VPN IP I get banned too. Doesn't make any since, and they denied my appeal and told me that if I appeal more than one time for it I will be banned from support.
