    How can I upload Mcreator mods into the server?

    I tried uploading the .jar file, then I uploaded the .zip file, but when I go into the server for both it says this(see inserted image) 

    Can anyone help me??

    Whenever I join my own server and open the creative inventory tab it sends me to the lobby. This has happened for a long time. One of my friends have logged on to the server.
