/Join sends me back to the lobby, pls help

I had some problems in the past following a popup saying my server was being moved to a protected host but they seem to have resolved themselves, the server now says online in the dashboard and everything but when i use /join in the lobby in-game it starts up like usual and then just sends me back to lobby. Can anyone pls help with this?

On my dashboard my server status says offline rather than hibernating and does not give me the option to activate it. If I click "start," it loads and then goes back to saying offline. I've tried to fix this by clicking force hibernate, but this didn't help, and I can't join the server on minehut using /join (server name). This problem began when a popup appeared saying "We are moving your server to a high performance, DDoS protected host. This can take over a minute." That was a few days ago.
