As said before, users occasionally, or should say often experience problems with Bedrock and connecting to the lobby or any server at all. Someone may provide a better answer or a possible solution but I personally am unaware of anything sufficient.

Open up your console at minehut.com
Press on the server you wish to edit or give your self operator on.
Go under the appearance tab, and find the 'Server Command' module.
Simply type "/op your username" in there and press send while your server is online.
