a command that gives you a sword that if you right click it throws a tnt

i want to make a command that gives you an iron sword with sharpness 2, a diamond pickaxe with effiecency 2 OR a gui that you can click on a diamond pickaxe and gives it to you with effiecency 2 and the same with the sword BOTH CAN USE THEM 1 TIME IF YOU CAN
