My doesnt start, ever since like march I try to start my server it just says 'offline' How do I fix this?

My doesnt start, ever since like march I try to start my server it just says 'offline' How do I fix this?

Within the last month my server hasnt been joinable, it will say hibernating and i will try to start it but it will turn into offline, it happened with both the servers in my account and i cant think of any reason for this
