Survsteal

My server (survsteal) is doing really well considering it just started. I pay for the server and i bought VIP on the minehut hub. But when i go to /fav it, it says the server is offline (it isnt). i cant find it AT ALL on the server list in game nor the website. and ive looked everywhere and im stuck and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem/ if someone knows how to fix it. any tips would be greatly appreciated.
