since the new Minehut update, I need a plan to download my World data, even though it says "Upgrade to a paid plan to download multiple files." I still can't download just ONE file.

  I think you posted this in the wrong place. It seems that folders count as "multiple files". You can download a single file, like banned_players.json | You can't download a World folder though. You'd have to do every single item one by one, make the folders yourself, and drag the files there as you download them.
