[Server Crashing when some plugins are triggered]

I was testing on my server, first. It crashed and i think it was a mob stack plugins. So then i removed it, now. It still happens. And it's on GriefPrevention I don't understand yet the console made no sense

[Glow Color Wont Work with Teams]

I need help with glow color im using 1.17 server and i made team and yes i set the color of the team but still not working it only shows the white glow color i did saw someone's posts and the answers is the same to what i did and not working please any help appreciated.

I tried in other server hosting it just works
