Simplevoice mod not wanting to connect / talk to friends (paper)

Hey, i've been trying to install simplevoice mod for my minecraft server. I have installed everything correctly but apperntly it dosen't want to connect / isn't available. I have tried using the 25575 port and that is even the servers port but for some reason it still dosen't want to fix. Can someone help?

Is the whitelist on? If so do /whitelist add (user)
