My server still will not start even after the general fix that seemed to have worked for most other servers and is crashing due to a "Exception in server time loop." What can I do to fix this asap?

My server is crashing with the error message of an "Exception in Server Tick Loop." I've tried doing the gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console but that did not work. I tried to repair files and that does not seem to work either. I cannot reset the server because my friends will lose all of our progress and we are trying to get on so we can download the overworld. Literally all I need is a mod to help me download the the overworld for a 1.16 backup and all of this crap is getting in the way. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue and get the world downloaded as soon as possible?

This did not work. The difficulty is downloading the world from within the server, and now, our server won't even open properly. We need to download the world file folder from in the server. When we could access the server, the download in our browsers would never complete, it would randomly just stop. Now, we cannot access the server at all.

When I try to download the overworld in my and my friends' SMP, it fails to download, eventually failing to a "network error" so the download can never complete. The same thing happens when my friends try to download the overworld, but we can easily download the nether and the end. Any help here?
