I meant to say appeal sorry. He recommended the appeal page that I initially tried to sent my request through. When I sent it I got the message "an unknown error occurred".

This was the page that I tried to send the appeal through. I just tried again and got the same message.

I was banned around a month ago for "botting" on my main account. I have been playing on an alternate account since I have had problems sending in an appeal ticket. Every time I try and send the appeal I get the message "an unknown error occurred". Is there any reason this may be happening?
