if you're talking about people having an unfair advantage, players have nothing stopping them from cheating, they won't be given a punishment by Minehut if they cheat
but you as a server owner, are allowed to make your own rules, and punish them on your server as you wish

if you are unable to access it, that is most likely intended - there is no way to access a file if it is blocked by default
also, in the future i recommend asking for support in the help category #support on the Minehut Discord (discord.gg/Minehut)

recently, a number of servers have had an issue with their server being rolled back - the developers are apparently aware of this and are working on a fix
also, make sure to type /save-all just in case that helps you out
