unfortunately you cannot do anything to speed up the process of updating your server, when a new update is released, minehut needs to wait until the majority of plugins are updated to that version, and everything seems relatively stable to roll out an update

at the moment, i believe minehut servers are updated to 1.16.3

do you have a region plugin set up? the thing that's causing this could be spawn protection // region protection, allow players to interact with blocks and the problem should be solved

Can you send your latest.log after the server crashes here?

If you're unsure how to do that -

Go to the ‘Files’ section of the web panel. Open the Logs folder then select ‘latest.log’. Also, I recommend using pastebin.com for a clean way for others to look at your logs.

the only thing that matters when uploading a world is if you're uploading the world folder

i'm not entirely sure if this is what works, because i'm taking this information from another user, but you could try right clicking where it says 'download' on your mediafire link, and then copying it and using that instead
