the only way i know is to use /socialspy which gives you immediate access to any commands sent after you have executed the command, however you would only be able to see this while in-game. unfortunately i'm not entirely sure if minehut provides you with another option to spectate command usage

i don't think you're supposed to have two plugins used for permissions. there has always been an issue with people having two group management plugins and being unable to setup ranks and/or permissions. if you're new to group management, i would recommend using groupmanager as it provides you with a very simple command list. also, search up documentation for groupmanager so you can be sure of the correct permission nodes to assign to groups/players. also, make sure you're opped lol
