Yes it is server sided, BUT it is a fabric mod, it doesn't run on bukkit or paper or anything. So it would probably require minehut to add 1 time (only for this) fabric support

Now i know that the carpet mod has been turned down as a plugin before, but i would like to mention that even though it is a mod it is server sided and requires no modifying of the client at all.
