So, there is a plugin that is an add-on for another plugin called WorldGuard. It is called 'World Guard Extra Flags'. The plugin I am requesting adds some features that I would like on my server. I included a link to the file in the attached text document, because the forums don't allow .jar files to be uploaded. Thank you. WorldGuardExtraFlags.txt
