Hi So I was wondering how to apply for the tester rank. I can't find it so maybe someone knows?

Let's Say I were to purchase VIP Rank. If I wanted to upgrade to Pro Rank, would I have to pay the whole price or would I be able to get credits off for having VIP. This is called a rank upgrade btw.
