I dont see how to access paper.yml... is it in the dashboard or ingame or somewhere else? I just have a basic free server. thanks!

Hey, I'd like to be able to make tnt dupers for farms as well as small rail and sand farms in my server as a qol thing without straight up enabling all duplication. However, after trying a standard rail duper and reading through some of these forums, it seems like paper prevents any piston duplication glitches. Is there any way to disable this? I am also unsure where I can find server files in order to edit anything, I don't see a place to access them on the dashboard. Thanks!
