Try setting it to "Enabled" and creating a server with IP "minehut.com" and set recourse packs to "Enabled" there as well.

If you have World Guard installed, have you checked that? It might prevent you from going there in the first place, not perhaps with a /warp command. The flag should be something like: "allow-entry" or "teleport-entry". Hope this helps!

I'm here to warn you, DO NOT PAY HIM, he will still try to crash the server. Do not trust 'LoveSickCrane' he will try to crash your server! I am currently in contact with multiple people trying to solve this exploit, please wait until we have a solution and install/do this in your server to prevent this exploit from happening!
