I cant seem to change the color in wich people talk depending on their current rank, please help

I have a server in wich I have Defaults, Members , and a few others, I would like it so poeple with the Member rank could have white text when they talked, instead of the regular gray one defaults have, if you want to know the plugins I use, Essentials Chat : Luck Perms
