Me and a friend are playing on a survival world, and every time I start my server after hibernation I spawn at middair with half health and die, immediately losing all my stuff and then I spawn in a different world to the one I lost my stuff in. How do I set a default world to spawn in that doesn't spawn me midair, because this is getting ridiculous.

The maximum view distance you can put for your server is only 10, which I don't like. I would like to be able to see more of the landscape at once, and look over the beautiful scenery in my Java survival world.
