The plugin doesnt work

When i try searching for plugins on the addon page nothing pops up

I still cannot add plugins because of that issue too -
Well you can just put your server to spigot then click the latest version 1.17 and it will work but u will not have 1.18 blocks though u still can play on the server in 1.18
