[My resource pack still wants me to use it]

I have removed my resource pack restarted  the server multiple times I have even reset the server but when I join it says 
"Server resource pack couldn't be applied 

Any functionality that requires custom resources might not work as expected"  

Does anyone know how to fix this because I hate logging in and having to click Proceed or Disconnect

Hi I was just wondering if anyone can make me a /withdraw skript so when you do /withdraw it makes a heart from your hearts turn into a item that you can give someone else or a /giveplayerheart which does the same just instead of it being a item it will give that play a heart what ever one is easer to do can you please do it?

Can you please make a withdraw skript because in my lifesteal smp when players try to /withdraw it does not work so I was wondering if I can have a skript for that

Hey there I have been really confused  on how to break mines inside of a rg that you cannot break blocks in. I have been trying to fix it but I still have no idea how to fix it and I was just wondering if anyone else knows how to? Just like a sky mining server
