This is probably common, but is there a way to stop the server from shutting down when no one is on? I am the only one who can start it and everyone else has to wait for me to start the server to play on it. So, is there a way to keep it running?

I have a survival server and I want to be able to run commands, but currently it always says that I don't have permissions to do anything. Is there a way to give me these? Can I OP myself? (free version)

I do this, and it says "I'm sorry, you do not have permission to perform this command. Please contact the server administrators if you think this is a mistake."

I want to get the seed of my survival server world. Is there a way to do that?

I play on a tiny server with my friends, just a basic survival world. I am planning a megabase and I want the seed so I can plan it out in creative. Is there a way to get the seed?
