so, my server keeps crashing. I am asking for help for 15 HOURS. basically the last thing I did is create a multiverse world for my SMP and then it crashed, and refuses to start. WHAT DO I DO?!?

hello, i was trying to make a new world in one of my servers. the problem is that it keeps the effects, and I would like to have separate effects for my worlds. is it possible? if so, how?
