Hey! I was wondering why my server (CloseEyes.minehut.gg) wont start?

It happened in the middle of October when I was testing some things, then I tried to reset the server since I had a different Idea and wanted to replace the plugins. When I did reset and tried to start it again, it didn't go on. My 20mh expires in July and I wanted to make a server with the plugins needed before that time period. Any help will be nice!
