Why were you punished: I was aparrently muted for "server advertisement" - "12 hours"
Proof that you are not guilty: I'm not guilty because the person with the name Join_Smpjappie used /ad and all it said was /join smpjappie several times, so i sad join_smpjappie you are a bit sad?, and then i got muted, i think admins took this into account as me advertising the server not realising someone was actually called that
Have you been punished before: Yes, but false mutes, i either got unmuted or i did something dumb on accident "short mutes"
