I'm Playing survival with a couple players on here but I would really like to use a plugin called harrypotterspells. Sadly it isn't in here. I would really love to use that plugin on my server if this is possible thank you

I got a question. I would like to use a plugin but when I try to load it in my files it says the file isn't allowed 

and the plugin also isn't in the plugin list 

how do I add it?
