    Make sure you're running /setworldspawn, and you have no other plugins or scripts overidding this.

    To reset your server entirely, go to your dashboard>danger zone>reset server. Keep in mind that doing this will completely reset all of your worlds and plugins. Then, you can go to the server appearance tab and change the name of your server. The server must be stopped and started for those changes to take effect.
