If this is where you got the plugin from: (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/mineresetlite.5773/) then it most likely wont work for 1.20.4.  it was tested and is known to work for: 1.7 1.8 1.9 1.10 1.11 1.12. Though, if you used the Minehut's Box template, then it should work.

Also im not to sure about that asterisk, but i believe that has something to do with something they added to paper.  Maybe a warning of some sort, i honestly have no clue.

Wich version of MineResetLite  could work on 1.20.4 ?

but why is there a yellow "*" next to the plugin that doesnt work ?
