Is it lag spikes? There could be many reasons. Start your server, and when the lag occurs, do /timings report and then send the link of that here. Send your logs as well when the lag spikes happen.

How to retrieve latest.log:
 

1. Navigate to File Manager
2. Click on logs folder
3. Scroll down to latest.log
4. Download latest.log
5. Upload here
