I am experienced with doing them on my own server. I would first warn the user, and if the rule breaking continues, I would mute the player. If they say I falsely banned a player I would explain how I didn't. If they are spamming they deserve a mute. I would try to go about the situation calm and collectively.

Unsure on spectating them? well I would finish up what every fight I might be in and then just spectate them to decide weather or not they are hacking. Ok, this one is kind of tricky, it really depends for me, if say they were like spamming keyalls I would tell them to chill out and take a picture of chat as proof and if they keep it up I would ban them and hand over the photo to someone who would be more qualified to handle staff punishments. If they were like just banning/muting people at random I would take picture of every person he/she did something like that too so we can get them sorted out after all that and then ban the staff member in question and send it up the chain again. 11) A spam bots come onto the server, how would you deal with them? Instant ban, Everyone hates them and they are there just to annoy people minding there own business, just trying to play a game, its ridiculous. 12) Someone's not abiding by the chat rules, how would you punish them? I have thick skin as some people say so it wouldn't really bother me, I would just treat the situation as if it were any other player on the server.

If they refuse to join then I would probably ban them (based off personal judgement). If they do join then great, I would proceed to move them into the Screen-share channel, If I find anything suspicious but I am still not sure I would get other staff member's approvals. If I find something blatantly related to them cheating on the server, I would serve them up a ban, based on severity. (In a custom situation, if dsas is on, I would ask him to run a Paladin scan during the SS.) You catch another staff member abusing their perks, what do you do? Depends on what they are doing honestly, if they are maliciously using their perks such as creative or god-mode/fly while in pvp, I would record them doing it, send/upload the clip to Medal or YouTube depending on which computer I'm on, and then report the activity to Chilkins or any higher-up staff member. Spam bots come into the server, how would you deal with them? This has been fixed by a very cool staff member because of the new captcha added to the server today. But on the off chances of somehow they still send chat messages, I would mute chat, try an IP-Ban, if that doesn't work I would review all the messages that were sent before chat was muted, ban the ones that were obvious spam bots. After I am done with that I would unmute chat and if there are still spammers I would mute chat again and probably @ one of the staff members on discord if possible. If there are no staff members online besides me I would repeat the previous process I used and hope for the best. Someone's not abiding by the chat rules, how do you punish them? Depending on the severity, if its racism I would deliver an immediate mute/ban (depends on what you guys tell me to do in this situation), but if its regular chat spam/disrespect I would warn them and if they do not stop I will give them a mute (you guys can tell me how long to mute in this situation) People are verbally abusing you in chat, how do you deal with this? SCENARIOS: 9) Someone's reported for hacking but you aren't sure on spectating them, what do you do? go in vanish and watch the player and record it to see if they are cheating if they are then i would ban them for the amount of time for their rule break, and tell other staff and show them recording. 10) Say you catch another staff member abusing their perks, what would you do? report it to a higher staff / owner with evidence if i have any. 11) A spam bots come onto the server, how would you deal with them? if it a player spamming they will get a warn then a temp mute if they continue if it is just a bot then perm mute them. 12) Someone's not abiding by the chat rules, how would you punish them? warn them and if they continue it can result in a temp mute. 13) People are verbally abusing you in chat, how would you deal with that? ask them to stop nicely and if they continue just ignore them or warn them.
